Depending on the case, useful evidence can include official business registration, licenses, tax documents and business utility bills. Names and addresses should accurately correspond to the business and profile.

Suspension Diagnosis ($199 one-time) provides a compliance review, likely-issue analysis, correction and evidence checklists, and a written next-step report. Reinstatement Preparation ($495 one-time) adds a detailed audit, evidence organization, appeal narrative, and submission instructions. Managed Reinstatement ($995 one-time) adds authorized case coordination, permitted corrections, and follow-up through Google's decision. Profile Protection & Monitoring ($199/month) provides ongoing profile checks and compliance guidance under a separately confirmed monthly scope. We confirm the particular deliverables, timing and payment request in writing before paid work begins. Additional work requires your agreement.
You must own the business or have the owner's authority, provide truthful and current information, review submissions for accuracy, and make final decisions about your profile. You remain the primary owner of the Business Profile. If access is needed, grant appropriate manager access through Google's tools; you may revoke it. Never provide a password, one-time code, PIN, or payment-card data through the intake form. We may decline work involving false evidence, ineligible businesses, misleading representations or policy evasion.
BPR is not Google and has no special access or ability to influence a decision. Google controls its review process, timing, and outcome. No reinstatement, ranking, lead volume or revenue result is guaranteed. Google Business Profile is available from Google at no charge; our fees pay only for BPR services.
Submitting the form does not charge you. The agreed payment request will identify BPR's service and the Click Sales receipt name. The separate Refund and Cancellation Policy governs cancellations and refunds. Tell us promptly at the support address if you believe a charge or deliverable is incorrect so we can review it. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

The intake collects your name, business name, email, optional phone number, profile URL, business type, profile status, case description, selected service, authorization and consent confirmations, and documents you upload. Our correspondence and work product may contain further case details. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address and security-check data to deliver and protect the site. Do not submit passwords, verification codes, full Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or unrelated personal records.
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and perform the requested service, communicate about scope and payment, maintain case records, protect the site, and meet applicable obligations. We use Cloudflare for hosting, security and private file storage, and email services to receive correspondence. We may share case material with Google only as needed for an authorized appeal or profile task, with your knowledge and authorization. Payment is handled through the payment request and provider, not the intake form. We do not sell submitted case documents.
Uploaded files are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket without public file links. No internet transmission or storage method is perfectly secure. We keep case information while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or de-identify it when no longer needed. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing us; we will review the request and explain any information we must retain.

If you cancel before paid work begins, request a full refund. Once work begins, contact us promptly. We will review the work completed and refund the portion paid for work not performed. Work and deliverables already completed are not refundable except where required by law or where we have failed to provide the agreed service. A Google denial, delay, or other outcome outside BPR's control does not by itself make completed work refundable.
Profile Protection & Monitoring is $199/month only after you separately agree to its scope and recurring billing. You may cancel future renewals by emailing [email protected] before the next billing date. We will confirm cancellation and stop future charges. If you were charged after a timely cancellation request, contact us for correction. Refunds for a current billing period are assessed based on service already performed, subject to applicable law.
